28 Apr I pulled my wristband too tight/tightened it before or after putting on my wrist. What should I do?
There is a $20 replacement fee for wristbands that have been pulled too tight to slide onto your wrist.
If this happens, please keep the chip that is on the wristband. There is a string of numbers and a security code on the back of this chip that will be used to replace the correct wristband (if you have ordered more than 1 ticket)
