Wristband registration is mandatory before arriving at the festival. It helps you secure your investment, replace any lost wristbands*, enter the festival smoothly, and even unlock some festival surprises. *Fees may apply

  • How do I get my wristband?

    Wristbands will be mailed to the address on your tickets, prior to the festival. Ticket holders will be advised of the deadline to purchase tickets and have your wristbands mailed to you.

     

    Do NOT put your wristband on until the day of the festival. They lock once tightened – once they’re on, they’re on!

     

    Your wristband will NOT be mailed if you ordered your ticket from an unauthorized ticket seller, OR if you purchased your ticket after the wristband mailout deadline. (Mailout deadline will be confirmed in 2026).

     

    *Please note, any orders placed outside of Canada do not qualify for shipping and will need to be collected from the box office.*

  • When should I register my wristband?

    As soon as you receive it! More information to come.

  • Why should I register my wristband?

    It protects your purchase and assigns that wristband to you and only you. It offers protection if you should lose your wristband and need to replace it.

  • When will I get my wristband?

    Wristbands will be sent closer to the festival, approximately 3-4 weeks prior. We will be sure to let everyone know once shipping has begun.

  • Does my wristband count as my ID to prove I’m 19+?

    No, the wristband you receive in the mail is not a 19+ bracelet. If you are over 19, you will be given a 19+ wristband at the festival gates after being ID’d. Anyone over 19 will have 2 wristbands: the one they initially received by mail, and the second one (19+) received onsite at the festival.

     

    If you are underage and caught inside the festival with a 19+ bracelet on, your bracelet will be confiscated, and you will be removed from the festival.

     

    ID must be carried at all times. 19+ wristband does not replace your ID. IDs will be verified at the gates each day of the festival, and those without IDs will have their 19+ wristband removed.

  • Can you register a wristband more than once?
    No, wristbands can only be registered once. However, multiple wristbands can be registered on your account. For instance, a parent could register their wristband as well as their kids under one account.
  • I accidentally damaged or lost my wristband. What should I do?

    Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will not be allowed for accessing the festival. For further inquiries, email info@sommofest.com. Please include your order number and be as detailed as possible describing your situation. You may also visit the on-site box office at the festival grounds.

     

    There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or damaged wristbands.

  • I need to replace my wristband.

    The only way to receive a replacement is for the original purchaser to pick it up in person at the Box office. We are only able provide a replacement for wristbands purchased through the Sommo Festival website, Showpass or via Showpass Resale/Waitlist. We cannot assist with orders purchased through third parties.

  • I pulled my wristband too tight/tightened it before or after putting on my wrist. What should I do?

    There is a $20 replacement fee for wristbands that have been pulled too tight to slide onto your wrist.

     

    If this happens before the festival, please keep the chip that is on the wristband. There is a string of numbers and a security code on the back of this chip that will be used to replace the correct wristband (if you have ordered more than 1 ticket)

  • Will you sell single day wristbands?
    GA Weekend tickets are available now for pre-sale. Single day tickets are coming soon. Sunroof and Side Stage Bleacher tickets are only available as weekend passes.
  • I purchased a 2 day pass but can not attend 1 day of the festival, can I give my wristband to someone to use that day?

    Wristbands must be worn securely on your wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.

  • Will there be a box office location at the festival?

    Yes. The Box Office/Will Call will be located at the bottom of the festival grounds, at the corporate/accessible entrance prior to the festival. Dates to come.

     

    During the festival, it will move to the top of the hill by the main gate.

  • I think my wristbands have been lost in the mail, what do I do?

    Please note that wristbands are not shipped until 3-4 weeks prior to the festival. If you do not receive it in the mail prior to departing for the festival, please bring your ID, as well as your confirmation email and order number to the box office.

  • Yes, your wristband will still work if it gets wet.
