26 Feb I think my wristbands have been lost in the mail, what do I do?

Please note that wristbands are not shipped until 3-4 weeks prior to the festival. If you do not receive it in the mail prior to departing for the festival, please bring your ID, as well as your confirmation email and order number to the box office.
