03 Jul I need to transfer my ticket. How do I do that? (need to change the name, send to a friend)

Transfers were disabled during the wristband fulfillment and shipping process. This was a joint decision between the organizers and their ticketing provider, to ensure the safety of their fans, and limit the amount of fraud and scams.

We have heard your concerns, and have decided to open transfers for a limited time. On September 6th from 12:01am until September 8th at 11:59pm ADT, transfers for Sommo Festival tickets will be open. At this time, you will be able to transfer your tickets to another individual. Please note, this is for a limited time, and at 12am ADTon September 9th, transfers will once again be turned off. This is to allow our team enough time to complete the administration associated with each transfer. Note that all transferred tickets will need to be picked up from the box office, open September 10th – 12th from 10am-5pm at the festival grounds, and during the festival September 13th and 14th, from 12pm-10pm.

We urge our fans to exercise caution when purchasing tickets anywhere that is not the official Sommo Festival ticketing page. We recommend not purchasing a wristband from anyone without having the ticket transferred into your name. If the wristband is fraudulent, we are unable to issue a new wristband.
